DOW FILMTEC™ BW60-1812-75 Elements for home drinking water treatment units produce 75 GPD (12 L/h) of permeate with 99% stabilized salt rejection at standard test conditions. New BW60 membrane chemistry produces industry-leading 99% stabilized salt rejection. BW60-1812-75 are among the most reliable and consistent elements in the industry. They are shipped dry for convenient handling and long shelf-life. DOW FILMTEC BW60-1812-75 elements have been tested and certified by NSF International against NSF/ANSI Standard 58 for material requirements only for safe use in drinking water applications.

**Under certain conditions, the presence of free chlorine and other oxidizing agents will cause premature membrane failure. Since oxidation damage is not covered under warranty, Dow recommends removing residual free chlorine by pretreatment prior to membrane exposure.

To use a FilmTec membrane in a system with a non-standard housing, simply replace membrane housing (and appropriate plumbing connections) with a standard housing.
