Shipping & International Duties Policy

1. Scope and Contact

  • This policy applies to purchases made on www.WaterAnywhere.com.

2. Order Processing

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days after payment verification.
  • Orders placed after 3pm (Pacific), on weekends, or holidays begin processing the next business day.
  • Pre-orders or backordered items ship when available; mixed orders may ship separately.

3. Shipping Options and Rates

  • Carriers: Typically FedEx. Customers with their own shipper number may use their preferred carrier.
  • Domestic: Standard: 3–5 business days; Expedited: 2–3; Overnight: 1 business day.
  • International: Shipping times vary depending on customs clearance.
  • Rates are shown at checkout and depend on destination, weight/volume, and service selected.

4. Tracking and Delivery

  • Tracking information is emailed when the order ships.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates; weather, customs, carrier capacity, or events can cause delays.
  • Signature on delivery: available upon request.
  • Risk of loss passes upon carrier acceptance; report lost or damaged parcels within 7 days.

5. Address Changes and Delivery Issues

  • We cannot change addresses after dispatch. For in-transit changes, contact the carrier.
  • Undeliverable or refused shipments: original shipping fees and any return-to-sender fees will be deducted from refunds. Reship fees may apply.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • Unless the carrier delivers to P.O. Boxes, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • We cannot ship to countries or regions subject to embargoes or restrictions. Orders to such destinations will be canceled and treated per our Return and Refund Policy.
  • Hazardous or restricted items may not be eligible for all destinations or services.

7. International Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Recipients are responsible for all import duties, taxes (VAT/GST), brokerage, and clearance fees unless otherwise stated at checkout.
  • These charges are not collected by WaterAnywhere and are not included in the product price or standard shipping unless a “Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)” option is shown at checkout.
  • DDP is not offered; you are responsible for any duties, taxes, and related charges.
  • Customs may hold packages; clearance times vary and are outside our control.
  • Refusal to pay duties/taxes or failure to clear customs may result in the parcel being returned or destroyed. Refunds (if any) exclude shipping, duties/taxes, and any return/customs fees.

8. Currency and Pricing

  • Prices are shown in U.S. Dollars. If you pay in another currency, your bank may apply conversion fees.
  • For DDP estimates shown at checkout, calculations are based on HS codes and local rules; final assessments may vary.

9. Damaged or Missing Items

  • Inspect packages upon delivery. Report damage, shortages, or wrong items within 7 days with photos and the packing slip.
  • Keep all packaging while we investigate with the carrier.

10. Split Shipments and Availability

  • Backordered items may ship from multiple locations and arrive separately. No additional shipping charges apply beyond what was shown at checkout.
  • If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you with options to replace, wait, or refund.

11. Fraud Prevention

  • Orders may be subject to verification. We may place a temporary hold or cancel orders we cannot verify.

12. Force Majeure

  • We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, customs closures).

13. Returns for International Orders

  • Returns are accepted according to our Return and Refund Policy.
  • Original shipping and any duties/taxes are non-refundable. Return shipping and re-import fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

  • If your order has not arrived within the maximum estimated window plus five business days, contact us so we can investigate.
