Start a Return or Cancel an Order

To request a return for a delivered order or cancel an order that has not yet been fulfilled, please use our online self-service portal.

Sign in using the email address associated with your order, select the applicable order, and follow the instructions to submit your request. You will receive confirmation that your request has been received.

European Union Consumers

Eligible consumers in the European Union have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase without providing a reason before delivery and within 14 days after delivery of the last item in the order.

To exercise this right, start a return or cancel an order through our online self-service portal.

This statutory 14-day right is separate from any longer return period that WaterAnywhere may offer under this Return and Refund Policy.

Certain products and transactions may be exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

1. Overview

  • We want you to be confident in your purchase. If you are not satisfied, eligible items may be returned for a refund or exchange under the terms below.
  • This policy applies to products manufactured and sold by WaterAnywhere, the exclusive authorized distributor of AMI products, via WaterAnywhere.com and authorized channels.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, uninstalled, in original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase.
  • Authorization: All returns require prior RMA approval. Returns without an RMA may be refused.
  • Return window after RMA: Items must be shipped back within 14 days of RMA issuance.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used consumables (e.g., filter cartridges, media, membranes) unless defective.
  • Custom-built, made-to-order, or configured systems.
  • Items damaged through misuse, improper installation, alteration, or neglect.
  • Final-sale or clearance items as marked.
  • Services, software, and downloadable materials.

4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

  • Inspect shipments upon delivery. If freight damage is visible, note it with the carrier and photograph packaging and contents.
  • Report defects, shipping damage, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
  • We will repair, replace, or issue a refund at our discretion once the issue is verified.
  • Email Sales@WaterAnywhere.com within 7 days with photos and your order details.

5. Installation and Used Products

  • Products that have been installed, pressurized, or have had water run through them are not eligible for return unless a verified defect is covered under warranty.
  • Labor, plumbing, and installation costs are not refundable.

6. Restocking Fees

  • Standard returns (non-defective): 25% restocking fee.
  • Additional deductions may apply if items are missing parts, show signs of use, or have damaged packaging.

7. Return Shipping

  • Non-defective returns: Customer pays return shipping. Use a trackable, insured method.
  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We provide a prepaid label or arrange pickup once validated.

8. Refunds

  • Method: Issued to the original payment method.
  • Timing: Allow 5–10 business days after inspection.
  • Deductions: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless we are at fault. Restocking and damage/missing parts may be deducted.

9. Exchanges

  • Exchanges may be offered for items of equal or greater value. Price differences and shipping charges apply.

10. Warranty

Many products carry a limited manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty terms are separate from this return policy and cover defects in materials and workmanship only. Proof of proper installation, maintenance, and use may be required.

11. International Orders

  • Duties, taxes, and international shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping and customs documentation.

12. How to Request a Return (RMA)

  • Email Sales@WaterAnywhere.com.
  • Include your order number, product SKU, reason for return, photos (if damaged/defective), and whether you prefer a refund or exchange.
  • We will respond with RMA instructions and return shipping details.

13. Freight Delivery Notes (Large Equipment)

  • Ensure adequate access for delivery. Inspect pallets or crates before signing.
  • Note any damage on the bill of lading and keep packaging for inspection.
  • Refusals without documented damage may be treated as standard returns and may incur fees.

14. Title, Risk, and Chargebacks

  • Title and risk pass to the customer upon delivery.
  • Unauthorized chargebacks may delay resolution. Contact us before opening a chargeback so we can help resolve the issue quickly.

15. Policy Updates

  • We may update this policy at any time.
