These SMS Terms & Conditions govern your participation in WaterAnywhere's mobile messaging program. These terms supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Mobile Messaging Program
WaterAnywhere operates a mobile messaging program through which customers and subscribers may receive text messages from WaterAnywhere at the mobile telephone number they provide.
By affirmatively opting in to WaterAnywhere's mobile messaging program through an SMS signup form or another clearly disclosed opt-in method, you agree to these SMS Terms & Conditions.
By enrolling, you represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile telephone number provided, or that you are authorized to consent to receive messages at that number.
2. Promotional Messages
When you affirmatively opt in to receive promotional text messages, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing messages from WaterAnywhere at the mobile telephone number you provide.
Promotional messages may include:
- Sales and special offers
- Product announcements
- Coupons and promotions
- Abandoned-cart reminders
- Marketing and promotional content
Consent to receive promotional or marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
Promotional SMS consent is collected separately from consent to receive transactional or informational messages.
3. Transactional Messages
Transactional messages, such as order confirmations, shipping updates, delivery notifications, account-related communications, warranty notifications, return or RMA updates, and customer service communications, may be sent to customers who voluntarily provide their mobile telephone number in connection with a purchase, account, or customer service request where such communications are reasonably expected as part of that relationship.
Transactional consent is separate from marketing SMS consent and does not authorize WaterAnywhere to send promotional or marketing text messages.
4. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your account activity and the messaging programs for which you have enrolled.
The frequency shown when you opt in will apply to that particular messaging program.
5. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier may charge you for messages sent or received based on your mobile service plan.
WaterAnywhere is not responsible for charges imposed by your wireless carrier.
6. How to Opt Out
You may withdraw your consent and unsubscribe from WaterAnywhere text messages at any time by replying STOP to a message you receive from us.
You may also communicate your request to stop receiving text messages by contacting us at sales@wateranywhere.com. We will honor other reasonable requests that clearly communicate your desire to stop receiving messages.
After submitting an opt-out request, you may receive one final non-promotional message confirming that your request has been processed. You will not receive additional consent-based marketing messages unless you affirmatively opt in again.

8. Privacy and Use of Mobile Information
WaterAnywhere may collect and use your mobile telephone number, consent records, message history, and related information to operate and administer the mobile messaging program.
We may share mobile information with trusted service providers who help us operate the mobile messaging program, deliver messages, provide customer support, prevent fraud, maintain our systems, or perform services on our behalf.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile opt-in information, mobile telephone numbers, or SMS consent records with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Mobile information will be collected, used, maintained, and disclosed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Carrier Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message delivery is subject to the effective transmission of messages by your wireless carrier and other service providers. Delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier availability, network conditions, device compatibility, or other circumstances outside WaterAnywhere's control.
10. Supported Devices and Carriers
Participation in the mobile messaging program requires a compatible mobile device and an active wireless service plan capable of receiving text messages.
The program may not be available through every wireless carrier or on every mobile device.
11. Changes to Your Mobile Number
You agree to provide WaterAnywhere with a valid mobile telephone number.
If you change, transfer, deactivate, or surrender your mobile number, you should unsubscribe before discontinuing use of that number or notify us promptly at sales@wateranywhere.com.
You are responsible for ensuring that WaterAnywhere does not continue sending messages intended for you to a person who subsequently receives your former mobile number.
12. Changes to the Program or These Terms
WaterAnywhere may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the mobile messaging program, including any telephone number, short code, or other sending method used to operate it.
We may also update these SMS Terms & Conditions periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page identifies the most recent revision.
When required by applicable law, we will provide notice of material changes. Your continued participation in the Program following the effective date of any revised SMS Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those revised terms.
You may discontinue your participation at any time by replying STOP.
13. Relationship to Other WaterAnywhere Policies
These SMS Terms & Conditions supplement WaterAnywhere's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
If there is a conflict between these SMS Terms & Conditions and the general Terms of Service concerning the mobile messaging program, these SMS Terms & Conditions will control with respect to the mobile messaging program.
