AMI A540L-220-3GPD Chemical Injection System will inject up to 3 Gallons Per Day of accurate metered chemical injection into a water stream. Ideal for antiscalant injection for commercial RO pretreatment, and typically used in systems with feed flow rates between 5 gpm to 50 gpm, depending on the chemical concentration required.
AMI 3GPD Chemical Injection System has Tank Level Float Installed for Automatic Operation
The complete chemical injection assembly is equipped with everything needed for automatic operation including an adjustable metering pump, polyethylene chemical tank, suction and discharge lines & fittings, and a level switch to monitor the level of chemical in the tank and automatically shut-down the system when it reaches the pre-set point.
This chemical metering pump includes a detachable motor, feed rate control and pump head featuring a 3-point roller design acts as check valve to prevent back flow or loss of prime. The polyethylene construction is both lightweight and rugged. The tank has incremental solution level indicators and is equipped with a child-resistant lid. The pumps are vertically mounted over the tank containment basin. This system comes pre-assembled for quick and easy installation.
The adjustable metering pump has 11 different levels ranging from 0.2 to 3 gallons of chemicals dosed per day.
