The system uses an NSF-certified Applied Membranes RO membrane and NSF- and WRAS-approved components, and is designed and quality controlled by our team.

5 Stages of Filtration for Clean, Great-Tasting Water

• Stage 1 – Sediment Filter: A 5-micron filter removes sediment including dirt, sand, rust, grit, and other suspended matter, protecting the downstream stages from damage and clogging.
• Stage 2 – Carbon Filter: A carbon block filter removes chlorine, chemicals, and objectionable tastes and odors, and protects the membrane from chlorine exposure, which would irreparably damage it.
• Stage 3 – Carbon Filter: A second carbon block filter removes any remaining chlorine, chemicals, and flavors — ensuring great-tasting water and maximum membrane protection.
• Stage 4 – Applied Membranes RO Membrane: The RO membrane removes TDS, including arsenic, barium, cadmium, chromium (hexavalent), chromium (trivalent), copper, turbidity, fluoride, lead, radium 226/228, and selenium, and washes the rejected contaminants down the drain.
• Stage 5 – Carbon Polishing Filter: A coconut shell carbon filter provides a final stage of filtration to perfect the flavor. Water is filtered as it flows from the storage tank, directly before it is dispensed from the faucet.
