Applied Membranes Lead Reducing Filter Cartridges are ideal for use in whole house water filtration systems or other applications where lead in drinking water is a concern. Our proprietary specialty filter cartridges are designed to remove both dissolved and undissovled lead when used together. Made for industry-standard Big Blue filter housings, our lead reducing filter cartridges can be used as replacements in most whole-house or commercial water filtration systems.

  • Media:              Combines KDF with high activity dedusted granular activated carbon.
  • Pre-Filter:         100-micron reticulated polyfoam (Cartridge filter only)
  • Post Filter:        20-micron spun-bonded polypropylene (Cartridge filter only)
  • pH Range:        6.5-8.5
