Our recommended replacement schedule is for relatively clean city feed water. For applications where the feed water is dirtier or has specific issues, more frequent change-outs may be required. Additionally, membrane elements may last longer (1-3 years) when used in optimal conditions. Generally speaking, filters should be changed when there is a loss of performance or undesirable flavor.
|
To change the daily production of your system, simply replace the membrane and the corresponding flow restrictor to the desired flow rate.
To use an AMI membrane in a system with a non-standard housing, simply replace membrane housing (and appropriate plumbing connections) with a standard housing. |
